5. How to Pay with USDT
To pay with USDT, please follow the steps below carefully:

6. Important USDT Payment Notes
Please read the following notes before making a USDT payment:
- Only USDT-TRC20 is accepted.
- Do not send USDT through ERC20, BEP20, Polygon, Solana, or any other network.
- Do not send BTC, ETH, TRX, USDC, BNB, or any other coin to the USDT wallet address.
- Sending the wrong coin or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.
- Please send the exact payment amount shown at checkout.
- Network fees must be paid by the customer and must not be deducted from the order amount.
- To speed up verification, please send your Order Number and TXID immediately after payment.
- Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

7. Underpayment and Overpayment
Customers must send the exact payment amount shown at checkout.
If the customer sends less than the required amount, the order will not be considered fully paid. The customer may need to send the remaining balance before the order can be processed.
If the customer sends more than the required amount, the overpayment may be reviewed case by case. Any refund of overpaid funds may be subject to blockchain network fees, transaction fees, exchange rate differences, and manual handling time.
AmberLeafShop is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect payment amounts, wrong networks, wrong wallet addresses, or customer-side transaction errors.
8. Payment Time Limit
For USDT payments, payment should be completed within 1 hour after the order is placed.
If payment is not completed within 1 hour, the order may be automatically cancelled.
If the customer still wants to proceed after cancellation, a new order may need to be placed and the product availability, price, shipping route, and payment method may need to be confirmed again.
9. Payment Verification Time
For USDT payments, we usually confirm payment within 30 minutes after receiving the correct TXID and order number.
However, verification may take longer due to:
- Blockchain network delays
- Incorrect TXID
- Missing order number
- Payment amount mismatch
- Wrong payment network
- Manual review
- High-risk transaction review
- Customer service working hours
- Technical issues
AmberLeafShop reserves the right to delay order processing until payment is fully verified.
10. Bank Transfer and Other Manual Payments
For bank transfer, Wise, Western Union, or other manual payment methods, customers may need to provide payment proof after completing payment.

16. Refunds
